The company's policy
Reservation / cancellation of the reservation
Reservations can be made online or by phone.
A deposit (the value of one night's accommodation) is required for group bookings, as well as for accommodation periods longer than 3 nights. Any cancellation of the room reservation will be made only in writing (email: palmiraservimpex@yahoo.com ), at least 48 hours before the start of the stay.
In case of no-show, the pension reserves the right to withhold the deposit and release the room for the rest of the booked period.
For reservations without advance please confirm your arrival at one of the phones 0354414851/0752096026 until 18:00 on the day of accommodation, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
*The price for an extra bed in room is 50 lei
Half board and full board prices
Half board:
270 lei per person per night - single room
190 lei per person per night - double room
Full board:
320 lei per person per night - single room
240 lei per person per night - double room
Arrival and departure
Check-in is possible from 14:00.
Check-out is before 12:00.
Payment methods
Payment for accommodation services is made at check-in, it can be done in cash, credit card as well as tickets and holiday vouchers (Sodexo, Up Romania, Edenred).
