Dear guests,

Our desire is to offer you a pleasant and relaxing stay, as well as serving tasty and diverse cuisine.

In order to be able to offer you all this, we have established a series of rules that we respectfully ask you to keep in mind both during and after your stay in our pension has ended.

Reservation / cancellation of the reservation

Reservations can be made online or by phone from the prices and reservations page, website www.vilaveche.ro

It is mandatory to pay in advance (the value of one night's accommodation) for group bookings, as well as for accommodation periods longer than 3 nights. Any cancellation of the room reservation will be made only in writing (email: palmiraservimpex@yahoo.com ), with at least 48 hours before the start of the stay.

In case of no-show, the pension reserves the right to withhold the deposit and release the room for the rest of the booked period.

For reservations without advance please confirm your arrival at one of the phones 0354414851/0752096026 until 18:00 on the day of accommodation, otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

 Arrival and departure

Check-in is possible from 14:00.00.

Check-out is before 12:00.00.

Payment methods

Payment for accommodation services is made at check-in, it can be done in cash, credit card as well as tickets and holiday vouchers (Sodexo, Up Romania, Edenred).

Other stuffs

Smoking in the rooms and in the restaurant is strictly forbidden.

It is not allowed to accommodate people accompanied by animals and birds.

In order to minimize the electricity consumption, Vila Veche Pension has chosen an ecological lighting system. Any violation of hotel usages or of the moral norms and social coexistence gives the hotelier the right to immediately terminate the contract / accommodation without any notice.

The equivalent value of the eventual destruction or degradation of the material goods belonging to Vila Veche Pension will be borne by those guilty of their production.

There is the possibility of organizing events after 24 00 , which will be brought to the attention of customers at the time of booking / accommodation. We reserve the right to grant various bonuses and additional services free of charge in order to retain our customers. .

Restaurant

The a la carte restaurant has a policy of serving guests in the order of their arrival, except for organized / reserved meals, which have priority.

In the restaurant it is forbidden to bring and consume alcoholic beverages from outside it, without having the prior approval of the management.

Also, the restaurant reserves the right to not serve drunk, rude or turbulent people who, through their attitude, damage the image of Vila Veche pension or disturb other customers. Vila Veche pension does not practice a specific dress code, but we recommend decency and respect for other guests and staff.

People dressed in bathrobes, bathing suits in the restaurant, terrace, reception of the pension will not be accepted.
